Microsoft Windows 3.11, not to confuse with Windows for Workgroups 3.11, was an update to the MS-DOS desktop environment Windows 3.1, released on November 8th 1993. There was another version, Windows 3.2, although this was lesser known as it just added support for Chinese languages.
