==Early life==

He played Math Blaster: In Search of Spot'' ''during'' ''every maths lesson. Since he only had half an hour to finish it, he usually barely finished the game. In the game, there was a guy in a green spacesuit called Blasternaut with a blue floating robot friend called Spot. The ship's hyperdrive failed, leaving them stranded in space. While Spot fixed the ship, a three-eyed yellow alien in a red UFO abducted him, stopping him from fixing the ship. Then players had to answer 5 maths sums correctly to fill the tractor beam, which would give you 5 shots to shoot 5 pieces of garbage. When enough garbage was collected, you had to match up math equations to the correct answers to convert the garbage into fuel. When you collected enough fuel, you would visit the alien's home planet. Unlike earlier levels, you didn't need to type in math equations. Instead, you had to make sure the number on your belly was between the numbers on each side of the platform. If the number on your belly was greater or smaller than those on the platforms, you would be kicked out. When you reached the top of the cave, you met with the same three-eyed yellow alien in a red UFO you met before. To defeat it, you had to look at the question on the red UFO and fly yourself to the answer while avoiding flying garbage. If you got enough answers correct, the red UFO was destroyed & you would save Spot before the ship detonated. You were then presented with a printable certificate. If it was over the year 2000, it would show the first 2 digits as 19 instead of 20 due to the Y2K bug. In the OSFirstTimer history video (he actually played the game), it said Philip earned a certificate on Thursday, April 18th, 1913 (even though it was a Friday that week in 1913), even though he earned it on Thursday, April 18th, 2013. His exploration into operating systems began when he loved Math Blaster: In Search of Spot so much that he asked for a computer to play ''Math Blaster: In Search of Spot ''on. He and his mum arrived at a computer store and bought a modern, but not too expensive computer with Windows XP pre installed on it when it was just released in Australia (it is unknown whether it was Professional or Home Edition). They also looked for the math game Philip wanted, but the store didn't have it. However, the store had several other educational games that were similar, but 95% of them were thought to be only compatible with Windows 95 or Windows 98. The lady at the store failed to mention that the games could run on Windows XP, even though they were intended for an earlier version of Windows. This engraved the words Windows XP into his mind. He originally hated Windows XP, but his mum told him that the games could run on Windows XP, even though they were intended for Windows 95 or Windows 98. They bought a game or two but he got so bored of them he wanted to see what else his computer could do. He had no access to the internet. So, for several years he explored Windows XP and saw what it could do, sparking his major interest in computers. However, after 6 years, his computer kept crashing, gave him a Blue Screen Of Death and failed to boot. He then bought a new PC on the day Windows Vista was launched in Australia. He explored Vista too, but not as much as XP. He also then got the internet, and used it to do things such as play RuneScape online. He then found out about a program called Virtual PC and downloaded it on his computer along with a copy of Windows 95. He kept downloading operating systems making several virtual machines running several versions of Microsoft Windows, and did YouTube videos on them. He also became interested in the development of Windows and always stayed up-to-date on what Microsoft had introduced in terms of Windows. When he was 12, he became interested in making time lapses, and posted them on his 12padams Youtube Channel, but deleted them after a while because the channel never became popular. At that time he also created a channel called "21padams", but he only uploaded one video, where he reacted to "Two Girls, One Cup". He then started another channel, I2padams, which was similar to 12padams, but with tutorials he had to do in school, called Up to Date (apparently 'terrible') along with all of his Astral Projection videos and other random stuff, like his sister playing Minecraft and how to run CodeLink on an iPad 2. He also advertised Histacom, a hacking game where you start in Windows 95, and eventually upgrade to Windows XP in 2002, where there is someone destroying the internet, and you have to go back to the past to fix the future. Development on Histacom stopped sometime in 2014, and was picked up about a month ago by several members of ShiftOS forum.
